RETURN CONDITIONS

Dear customer, if you are not satisfied with your order, you have a legal right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the date of receipt of your order and thirty days to return the product. 

RETURN AT YOUR EXPENSE VIA THE CARRIER OF YOUR CHOICE

- Repack the items with all their accessories in their original packaging(s).

- Fill in the returns procedure below in full and send your parcel to the following address:

Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or used will not be accepted.

To ensure that your return is handled correctly, we strongly advise you to contact our customer service department beforehand. Return costs are at the customer's expense and any item returned must be accompanied by its original packaging and labels. liquideo-station.com cannot be held responsible for packages that are not received if they have not been sent with a tracking number provided by the carrier.

Returns are processed no later than 7 working days after receipt of the parcel and only one change of size will be accepted by liquideo-station.com customer service. 

In the event of a refund, this will be made by the same means of payment used to place the order, after receipt of the parcel and processing of the file, i.e. within 7 working days. 

In the event of a partial refund for an order for which a discount has been granted, the discount will be allocated on a pro-rata basis according to the value of the item refunded out of the total amount of the order. Example: if on an order there is a product at 50€ and a second at 150€ and that the order benefited from a discount of 20€, then the article at 50€ will be refunded up to 45€ (discount of 5€ is 25% of the total discount). 

Liquideo-station.com reserves the right to cancel a discount requiring a minimum purchase amount on the entire order, if the refund of one or more products reduces the total order and the condition for applying the discount is no longer met.
